“Playing for Keeps” Casino Night a Success

MNDC held its “Playing for Keeps” Casino Night fundraiser on the evening of Saturday, September 21 at the Wally Choice Community Center. Whether it was blackjack, roulette, or craps, a good time was had by all. We’d like to thank Chef Allison Bethel, our instructor for the Culinary Career Institute, and the Culinary students who served a delicious menu of bruschetta, beef empanadas, hummus, wings, sliders, and burgers.

Many thanks go to our generous sponsors: AFSCME Council 63, Caesar’s Jewelers, Eureka Lodge 52, William J. Ewing, Esq., and Sandwiches Unlimited as well as our donors Lenny Brooks, who donated an iPad and Karen Keating, who donated MK Bags.

We are grateful to our Board of Trustees for a job well done.
