Leadership
Our Values
Care. Concern. Compassion.
MNDC’s effectiveness is built on long-term community relationships and a laser focus on personal attention to families and individuals who need assistance.

Rev. Dr. A. Craig Dunn

Rev. Dr. A. Craig Dunn is responsible for the performance of all programs and services aimed at empowering disadvantaged youth and families. He works closely with community leaders, school boards and government entities to ensure program effectiveness and compliance with funding requirements. Rev. Dr. Dunn is a graduate of Drew University and Ohio State University.

MNDC strengthens our community, providing opportunity to our neighbors in need. I’m honored to help advance a mission that empowers people and invests in a better future for Montclair.

Luis-Felipe Agrelot
Interim Executive Director/Case Manager
Luis-Felipe Agrelot serves on the frontline delivering MNDC’s programs and services to families and individuals. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations, he balances grant management and budgeting with case management, counseling and referrals. His approach is rooted in the lessons learned as a child, watching his mother provide food, bus fare and a welcoming home to neighbors in need. Luis-Felipe Agrelot attended Cambridge College and Springfield College.

At MNDC, we meet people where they are and help to move them toward stability and hope. It’s a privilege and a joy to support them on this journey.
